If anyone hasn't heard of Jim Noir, I suggest you buy his album. I kid you not, it will be the best spent £10-15 this side of summer! Think Beach Boys but with a bit of electronica, and you're pretty close to the vibe of the musical gem that is "Tower of Love" :D
