I liked all of them, but I think the last one was my favorite. It just broke my heart. Poor Virginia. It's even more heartbreaking because she ends up dying that night anyways. I could see her thinking that way though. How sad that she saw her son as her hero, when he'd end up being her villain in the end :/

And I highly approve of David Bowie inspired titles. My parents got married to that song \o/

I really love that scene in The Hard Part. I was talking about it with Jess. They were hurting each other in that scene. When he pushed the chair I was like "Did he really need to do that?"

Jess said he might have seen his father do it a couple of times. :(

I love The Hard Part in general. Like I've mentioned to Jess before, it's easily my favorite episode. It's just so....heart wrenching. It's like watching a train wreck. ZQ and Ellen Greene just acted the hell out of those scenes. And Virginia's a really fascinating character to me. I hated that when they brought her back...it was just Sylar's manifestation of her. I was hoping for more flashbacks, not Norman Bates time.

I agree. I love their dynamic and I also wished for flashbacks. Their relationship ... that was fucked up. I mean did he learn the crazy from his mom? Awww man! But I love watching it.

I would really like to see them in a calm moment though. *nod*

These were great, my favs were the Maya/Sylar (of course) ad the last one. Poor Virginia, that's so so sad and he had no idea :(

Maya/Sylar: Of course he did it for her to get control and to loosen Ale’s importance to her. But he did have to but all his faith in the fact that she feels so much for him that she will gain control. I found that smile hard to place as well, he definitely looked relieved to be alive but there was something else in it.

I figure it made sense, because he was suicidal too. And his madness had to have come from somewhere ... Even if it wasn't in the blood.

Gosh ZQ is amazing! That one look is baffling and leaves much up to the imagination. Even though it was an unsatisfying situation he still snuck some depth into the character. Sneaky fellow!

Yup, you know I think it was nurture and not nature that made him crazy.

Sometimes he really can be unreadable, like when she calls him an angel. That's a hard face to read. But yes I appreciate the little bits he put in there!

:D thank you. I've recently had this idea that when Virginia found out about Gabriel she used him to kill herself. Because really? She must have pulled the scissors into herself like that. And that moment really mess him up. I also think maybe she thought 'what better way to go', then by the hands of someone she loved. :\
