squeezing one in
So I managed to hit 2 libraries before they closed to pick up next months books for book club(s). "Her smoke rose up forever" by James Tiptree Jr a 500+ page book which if I can do at least 50 pages a day then I will be done in a little over a week. The other is War with Newts by Capek. I hope I got a good translation as at last meeting they were saying there were multiple and one was most favored.
I am not buying it.
I shall be moving this weekend, so all activities I promised to do is out. I'm not going far, just down a flight of stairs, but while the apartment is larger, my room is way smaller. So if anyone is looking for a desk, I have a really nice glass one. Let me know if you want pictures. Depending on the offer (I'm looking for cash) I will deliver it in the greater chicagoland area. While I am not looking for help (I don't have a lot of stuff, it's a flight of stairs, for the big/heavy I got some people in mind) it does put a damper on bowling and hanging out with Nancy.
I just learned that the movie "Avatar" that Cameron is doing is not "Avatar: the great air bender" as I was thinking.

I really don't have a lot of time to do much of anything due to being in the car all the time, but I finally got the ipod to work (hopefully) and started Pollan's "Omnivores Dilemma". It's coming off a bit preachy, but I think that's the reader as I didn't feel all that preached to in "In defense of Food".
Question: My friend has a website thingy, phpBB version 3.0.5 I believe. I would like to have a RSS feed off this site. Any suggestions? He needs it easy to upgrade (to future versions of php). I'm sure there is another requirement, but I can't remember. Let me know, as he is on the f-list and likely to read it. thanks
