Thanks! I guess it was easy to see that I was making progress as I traced along, so that helped. :) It really didn't take as long as I'd expected!

Sounds great! Suggestions? My kids still love Pei Wei, or anything other than Italian restaurants will have food that we can make work with our special dietary fun.
