With so many crispy-crunchy leaves on the ground now, I am having to vacuum twice a week, rather than my usual once. Those little leaf-pieces stick to shoelaces, socks, jeans, everything... and then end up on the floor. I used to like ants a lot too. When we lived in AZ (I was, oh, 4ish) and monsoon season was coming, I'd spend hours in the backyard piling the river rocks around the pool into towers. So the ants would have shelter, of course! My parents were overjoyed at the rock towers and subsequent exposed plastic, I'm sure. :)) At least I wasn't bringing ants inside the house! ;)

Dude, Matt and I found a gift for Max, but were still hunting for one for Khai. Unless you're really going to make/buy him a giant ant, think he might like this from us? http://www.amazon.com/Plush-Ant-with-Sound-7/dp/B000P66IVE

You cookies, me cake. Too sweet. :)

Aww... I can just see a 4-year-old you working to SAVE THE ANTS!

That ant is hilarious-- I think he'd love it and would maybe try to feed it tangerine peels. :)

Today we ate at the gluten-free restaurant in Plano... Khai was counting how many people were at our table and said, "If Jenny was here, we'd have SEVEN people!" Which I think means you need to come eat there with us. It's *so good*.
