You'd better hope it's an eventful month. In an attempt to make myself write more (because I like writing and I often forget that), I'm participating in
NaBloPoMo. That means I'll be making a post every day for the month of November.
The catch? Well, I'm leaving tomorrow for a few days in Florida with Katie and I may not have internet access. That's right... the laptop is staying at home. Shocking, yes? It was a hard decision to make, but I have a feeling that if it goes with me I will be doing things instead of doing nothing. And doing nothing is kind of the point here.
SO. If I am not able to find an internet cafe or the like, I will write a pen-and-paper post, perhaps on the quaint and tiny hotel stationery, which will get posted when I return home on Monday. I promise to transcribe them verbatim, even if they were written under the influence of Pina Coladas. Forgive me if they are full of how much I miss my kids, because I know that I will miss them terribly. I've never been away from them this long before and I'm trying to not feel guilty about that. Forgive me also if they are full of bitchiness about the sand. Because the beach has a lot of sand.
GAME ON.
