of love and basketball
Has anyone else been watching the Mavs stomp all over the Heat? Oh, I love this game. Basketball is best watched in person, but if that's not an option, I have to say that this is one of the times I feel most lucky to have a big-screen television. However, I've been watching on a regular-sized set: the boys and I have been at my parents' place in Santa Fe for the last week and a half.
It has been wonderful to spend so much time with family... it's hard living far away. I realize it's all relative and that the 12 hours are *nothing* compared to the distance some people face, but it certainly feels like they are a world away.
Highlights of the last week or so: mountains, breakfast with Dad, seeing Max & Khai bond with Mom, Saturday afternoon on the plaza with Rachel, reading, NO MOSQUITOES, family, family, family.
