Reason #4,563,209 not to have more kids: more kids = more potty training. Khai just does NOT want to use the potty-- he's Mr. Independent and will go off by himself, change his own pull-up and clean himself up, refusing my help all the while. He starts preschool in August so I'd like for him to be all trained by then... whether or not he will ( Read more... )

I sympathize.. Meg pulls these long tantrums complete with the type of screaming you mentioned... IN PUBLIC. I hate that. And she cries until she's sick. Literally. And any other time she's sweet as can be.

I hope you didn't break your tailbone - imagine the cast for that!! :P J/K, there's no cast for that. My mom did it. You just have to let it heal, much like a broken rib. And I thought women like you, tall, slender, and gorgeous, were supposed to be the epitome of grace and elegance? Oh, my shattered ideals... :)

Haha!! Dangerously clumsy is more like it-- seriously-- I run into walls a lot more often than I should. ;)

The public screaming fits are the WORST. Last week both of mine were wailing while we were in a store. I got them out of there as fast as I could, which wasn't nearly fast enough.

Yeah, I hate it how they look at you like, "can't you CONTROL your children??" These lovely people who have no kids. *stab stab*

BTW, you interested in maybe a playdate this upcoming week?

I'm SO behind. We had the week all planned out before I got sick, but now I'm not up for anything at ALL. Poor Max will have had the most boring spring break ever! Another time?

sure... anytime. Just let me know when you're feeling better, and I hope you do feel better soon. It's awful being ill with two babies to take care of. The only thing worse is being ill with two ILL babies to take care of.
