A quiz! And other stuff
Experienced quite a bit of shock when I went to click my lj-icon widget, and it wasn't there! Only later did I realize that I hadn't used it in almost two years, and Windows had decided it no longer needed to start it on bootup... whoops!
Laura and I got back from Yellowstone yesterday, which was just so ridiculously awesome that I can't begin to describe it. (Not that a paltry thing like that has ever stopped me!) There was wildlife, geysers, a sulfuric smell, and riding of a horse named Ug. Ug and I got along very well. I took lots of pictures, but since there are about 2GB of them, I probably won't be posting them online. Sorry.
Picked up Kaylee from the vet today (our vet also boards animals, and since I've known her for almost ten years... I don't mind leaving my baby puppy in her hands). She was extremely wiggly when I got her, and then extremely sad when she realized it was raining outside. Daddy decided to be nice to her and carry her to her car (in spite of the 27 pounds of Corgi, five pounds of blankets and toys, and the umbrella). Our dog has this massive fear of water that makes me think she was punished by spritz bottle (or water hose) in her previous ownership. It rained most of the evening, so she and I chased each other around inside for about an hour. Then she was a tired puppy and needed a nap... then her Mommy got home and we repeated the process. I love my puppy.
Since I had to bring work home, I'm procrastinating it. So, when I saw Star Wars quiz, I had to try it! I was mostly expecting to be Obi-Wan, since the jedi/paladin thing is pretty close. Instead, well... card player, gambler, scoundrel - you'd like him. It's pretty amusing, expecially since he was actually my favourite character when I was little.
