In other news, been on a Revolutionary War kick lately. Such a fascinating bit of history. What ever happened to the renaissance men that formed our nation? Honestly, I think Obama's fantastic, but what happened to the days when presidents were writers, farmers, architects, land surveyors, and many other things all wrapped up in one?
Life-long politics, that's what happened. We no longer have men working other careers and later moving into politics: politics are now goals from the getgo.
