So, I was trying to go to sleep this morning, and I got halfway there before I started dreaming.

You know, naturally GANDALF was in my dream. He and I were travelling at night from a Library on top of a hill to a big city about a mile away, so NATURALLY we had to go through this big dark rock quarry. And BAM. Guess who invades my dream?! ROGER. Yes, Roger is suddenly in my little Fellowship. Not only that, but he brought along one of his friends. (He was apparently talking on the phone while I was dreaming. Sonofabitch...)
So we get about halfway down through the quarry to a big open space, and I completely expect what happens next. Sure enough, a pack of wolves runs out from behind the rocks and begin to surround us. Of course, Gandalf and I pick up small rocks and start pelting them in the heads, while bitching at Roger for standing there and doing NOTHING. After a few seconds, we were fairly surrounded by 5 or 6 wolves and apparently we'd run out of rocks, so I kick at one's face. I miss, and it snaps onto my lower leg (I guess I should've actually kicked it IN the face, instead of AT the face). I get pissed off at being bitten, lean down and tear it off of my leg, dragging it to the ground in a headlock. I try to break its neck, but that's apparently alot harder to do in dreams than in the movies. So I just start choking it.
So. I have a wolf in a choke-hold, Gandalf is blasting away with neat white light (you know, those wizards do that stuff), and Roger's just STANDING there while his friend is getting rounded up. That made me angry. So, in my half-asleepness I yell, "Goddammmit you lazy bastard, go help him!"

...which wakes me up.
...Because I guess, when you yell things in a half-asleep dream, they come out as a half-yell on the other side.
Mathematically, it makes sense.

Heheh.

So then I'm awake and laying still in my bed, eyes closed, trying to show no sign of actually being awake.
Roger says a quick goodbye on his phone and starts packing his things.

Muahaha.
That so rocks.
