My mom is coming to stay the night with me tomorrow, hide dust bunnies, hide.
She has a doctor's appt very early in the morning, so it's just easier for her to stay overnight with me.
I have a new favorite song:
"For the Widows in Paradise, for the Fatherless in Ypsilanti" by Sufjan Stevens, and I heard about him in the movie Little Miss Sunshine, the trailer is one of his more known songs, "Chicago." LMS is one of those funny-in-a-completely-fucked-up kinda of way movies... I laughed until I cried, and fell off the couch.
Basically it's about a cross country drive to a junior beauty pagent.
I got a porn in a work today that looks like an old friend is on the cover, it's not her, but still, that was a weird double take. I wanted call and ask, "Hey, ever film a porn to make your rent money?"
Has anyone else seen Rent?
I am alone in the world in thinking that is the dumbest fucking movie ever made, like in the history of the universe, dumbest movie ever? Monkeys throwing shit on a chalk board would have been more interesting...I couldn't get through it, at 1:45 mins in, I checked out. I want those 90 mins of my life back.
