My best friend Aaron was fired from his job yesterday for being transgendered. Unfortunately in the state of Florida there aren't any laws protecting trans people. I know a lot of people don't use LJ anymore, but if you are reading this I urge you to post this on your Facebook or Tumbler or Twitter or whatever and get the word out that people are still being discriminated agains, when they are trying to get by.
