New house and some extra $$$....
It seems that my luck may be starting to change.
My dad feels that it isnt good for me to keep paying so much for rent every month when I could own a house for almost 1/3 of what Im paying for rent. At this rate I will have my own house by the time AC 2004 is over!!
There was one house in Hamilton that I found that is $150k and includes:
6 total rooms
3 bedrooms
1 bathroom
eat-in kitchen
basement
1 car garage
fenced-in backyard (perfect for my dog)
an above ground swimming pool
new roof and siding
1 yr home warranty
This might be a good buy for me... My dad will be doing the downpayment and signing for the mortgage. After which I will be handling the payments and bills!!
Yes, I will be having a big party when I move in to my house!!
As far as the extra money goes, I will be taking on 2 more per diem type jobs for extra cash:
1) EMT for Sovereign Bank Arena - Get to go to Titans games, shows, and concerts...and get paid good money for it.
2) EMT at Six Flags Great Adventure
These per diem jobs will be good supplemental income for what I already bring home from my Full Time job.
