Ha, the Shadows of the UK expansion for World of Darkness 2 is utterly ridiculous. To begin with, the cover shows the Clock Tower and a red telephone box (just to indicate that it is, in fact, London), but what really made me laugh was the 'suggested reading' for getting a flavour of the UK. These being: Trainspotting, the Mabinogion, Neverwhere, Dog Soldiers, Ultraviolet, 28 Days Later and the Works of William Shakespeare. Yes, because that will give you a huge indication of what the United Kingdom is totally not like. Every time I try and get into the new World of Darkness, they do something incredibly stupid that just makes me laugh, and then completely puts me off playing.
