How much would shipping be on this item? I know it's much larger than a normal shitajiki...

I would have to ship it in a strong cardboard box but slightly rolled. The plastic is very flexible so nothing would happen to it. Shipping would be £15 via tracked and signed mail.

Oh, shipping is higher than I expected! I saw that you posted it as $40 on the original photo, and with shipping I believe it would be about $63 total. Would you be willing to do $55 shipped?

Btw, I just saw your collection photos and they are all so well shot. Am very jealous of the Mecca Harajuku Chibiusa plate.

Well, the total weight after packing is about 750g. It's not that expensive for shipping method with a tracking number and insurance. It would cost a lot more if you were shipping to me via USPS. ^_^ I'm sure you know that my price is really low as some people sell those boards for $100+. ;) I really can't lower the price or pay for shipping.
