THUG and Themes
Yesterday, I bought Tony Hawk UnderGround (THUG for short) for the PS2. I always liked the TH series, but Underground is just something else... the level of customization that you can do to your character is amazing, but it still has it's problems (for 1, you can't spell out letters/numbers on your clothing, so you can't make them say what you want it to, so no N1NJ4 hoodie for me T_T; ) Also, the game isn't purely based on skateboarding. you can drive cars, walk/run on foot, and hell, you can even climb buildings so that you can get to even better spots to trick off of.
Today, I looked up and downloaded some desktop themes, because I was tired of looking at the same ol' "Classic Windows" Bullshit look on my computer. I wanted a change. A good change.
So I fired up a google search, and I found some promising themes. Here's the preview screens of the ones that I D/L'ed.
http://themeworld.com/cgi-bin/preview.pl/themes/sotnb.zip - A Castlevania:Symphony of the Night theme, one of, if not THE best game for the PSX, and my personal favorite. Good, solid theme, with a lot of great sounds. A++
http://themeworld.com/cgi-bin/preview.pl/themes/mm-theme.zip - A Megaman theme. Megaman is my 2nd favorite old skool platforming game, right below Castlevania. Nice theme overall, but a bit lacking in sound. B+
http://themeworld.com/cgi-bin/preview.pl/themes/hellsin2.zip - A Hellsing theme. Hellsing is one badass anime. some of the wallpapers are very nice, but there's no sound to the actions T_T; B
