Feeling physically amazing!

I've started going to the gym more often. This past week I went 5 out of 7 days, rather than going every other day like I'd been doing since January. Still doing weights (I hate cardio) and slowly progressing. I could be pushing myself farther but I did have shoulder injuries in the past, and my mom keeps reminding me about her chronic tendonitis so I'm pushing myself, just not as much as I could.

I'm trying to gain muscle, but I'm losing weight this week. I went from 146 to 142.5 pounds ths week. Probably just from the sudden extra workouts and I haven't changed my diet too drastically. Ah well. It will balance out. I was once in the 150 range with mostly muscle, ad it's funny, I'm in better shape than I was then but I weight less. I guess maybe I have less fat on me now but I don't think so. Just random changes, I suppose. Or my scale was/is off.

I want to post photos but I hate stupid "look at me flex, I'm so buff" pictures... We'll see. I'm feeling pretty good anyways!
