Busy busy busy. My last months at UNCW are permantly, utterly busy. Everyone wants something done, plus I have to start making attempts at finding a job within my field(s) unless I want to be working at WalMart or some resturant eternally. *sigh* *wilts* _-_;; I'll figure it out, I usually do. USUALLY. Hah.
I've often thought and said that some of my best written stuff has been under pressure. Well yes, this is true, however after nearly 7 years of the night-before-its-due-grind, I really should have learned better by now. I imagine some of the gray hairs I'm getting (and I'm only 24~) happens to be from this. I'm an eternal slacker! I live to slack! BUWHAHAHAH!
Stupid, stupid time change. Why can't it still be 10:30, when its now 11:30? Does it really matter what time the sun sets? I mean, really. Time is time whether it's one hour ahead or later, so leave the freaking time ALONE please. I like having the mental mindframe that lets me think that it's really early though outside it looks later. (If that's confusing to anyone it's because it IS actually confusing and I don't know what the hell I'm talking about!)
OVA 2 of Kenshin pisses me off. I don't even want to finish the TV series because of it. Kenshin isn't KENSHIN without the trademark "Oro? @.@x". I mean seriously. DIAF whomever produced it. *growls* Gundam Seed / Destiny rocks my world. So does Bleach. Naruto is actually getting good again. And not the Cartoon Network stuff either...the dub (however good by the standard) still grates on my ear unless it's Japanese. Like Mop was telling me, the English voice just isn't suited to very well to dubbing anime. Perhap's it's that Japanese is spoken at a much faster pace (and more expressively) as compared to the English voice? The result in an English dub is more or less a breathy rendering of the character's lines without much feeling within the words.
So, that's enough of my rambling. Have a Powerpoint to do for tomorrow. *grumbles and shuffles off*
