Lung Power
So my officemates and I finally were able to stage our long overdue concert. Hehe. Eugene and Smile both came prepared with their song lists, while I came up with mine right there and right then. Eric sang mostly Martin Nievera and Ariel Rivera songs, while Yuki was belting out Regine songs.
We stayed in the videoke place for 3 hours. We were billed P2700 for those and a total consumable balance of P2000. Pwede na, e diba nga horror story ang food choices sa mga videoke shops, so it was a good thing that Smile, Eric and me were in ATC prior to going there and we had early dinner pa muna sa Toast Box.
Toast Box specializes in hainanese chicken meals. The 3 of us ordered the same meal, a quarter chicken with rice and with P30 more, you get a large glass of lemon iced tea. Good thing masarap yung meal, kasi yung iced tea hindi. Haha.
Now, the newly-renovated restos in ATC were specifically made small. As in less than 10 tables lang karamihan. So me order na kami pero wala pa kaming makuhang table. There was this couple na nagla-laptop na lang naman, ayaw pa umalis, feeling Starbucks?? I was asking Eric if he wants me to annoy them couple by dancing the chachacha in front of them, ala-recital. Good thing me tumayo na mga customers sa isang table. They got saved from my dancing prowess, tsk!
Natapos na kaming kumain, andun pa rin yung couple na tambay. Cleared na yung table nila ha. Nagpapasahan lang naman sila ng netbook nila. Hayzzz....
We finished in the videoke shop ng mga 10pm. I got home at around 1030pm na. Sobrang antok but I was bugged by this book na for almos 3 2 weeks now eh ni hindi ko nabubuklat. So kahit nagsasara na yung eyelids ko after taking a shower, napagbigyan pa rin ang hilig ng libro. Hanggang sa nawala na ng tuluyan ang antok, and now I'm writing this entry, haha!
Let me just say na ang init init lumabas ng bahay!! Lecheng yan. I'll sleep na, goodnight world! :)
