US Trip - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

I'm not going to apologise for not posting because not only did RL called, it screamed, hollered and knocked the door down.

What happened is that I was sent for a course in the US by my company. It was partly work, partly reward - once in a lifetime trip to go overseas for less intensive work. So of course I called up my ladies: himawari, jaina and tenebris to come

Admittedly I did well overall, but I did bore my colleagues with my complaints so I think the point still stands =D

And you wrote fic! Which I have read and need to comment on, but I thought I should give you a head ups on the impending comment.

That's on the West Coast right? We almost went that way, but more people wanted to go to New York so we hung around the East Coast instead. Maybe next time now I know better about NY? =DDD

I loved Times Square when I went to New York, but I don't think I would ever really want to go back to the city just because it wore me out with all the things going on around me.

Yes! That sounds like what I was feeling in NY - fatigue from being barraged constantly, and not always good things. It's fun to sit and people watch in Times Square though.
