((ooc: since I'm going to be out most of the evening and dunno when I'll get a chance to tag back, Rinzler intends to get there, grab some KNIFES, and set up a security cordon on all the delicious free weapons to keep this from turning into a free-for-all.

edit number 2! lol: also totally giving up consensual death privileges on this since I imagine not only Rayne's daddeh but any other inmates coming in for the Free Weapon Buffet might be a little ticked at Rinzler trying to prevent access in the name of Security. He is awesome, but not awesome enough to prevent getting dogpiled if it comes to that.

This was no mere human criminal. Nor was it someone who merely liked to talk a big game. The self-assured confidence and will with which to use it, was projecting from this one in waves. The fact that he had shards of crystal embedded into an arm and only one working eye, only added to the almost pirate-like nature of it.
