onze: i'm leavin' on a jet plane

So I've realized that there is an incredible amount and list of things to do in the short time span of a mere month [plus one week] and the fact that we seem to be just sitting around is completely frustrating. I mean, we're doing garage sales .. but that seems to be it. We don't even have a home yet and I'm not even sure if we have the money for plane tickets, though, we probably do. I have applied to a few locations and am hoping to at least have a job for this month, just to make a little extra money and to buy certain things that I need. For example, a gift.. Not to mention I need to buy a few dvds, which sort of means more stuff to drag along in our move, yet I can't resist and I need more Brad Pitt movies! And of course, Robert Downey Jr. and Johnny Depp. My list so far includes: The Mexican, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Fight Club, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Iron Man once it comes out, Awake, Sublime [because I never saw those two like I wanted], uhm .. Once Upon a Time in Mexico, and actually quite a few more but those will do. I definitely need Robert Downey's album and the Iron Man soundtrack. [Also Blood Diamond, King Arthur and one of the numerous Bourne soundtracks.]

So apparently my shopping/wish list keeps growing with each new blockbuster that seems to come out. Until I get money, the only things I am buying are the IM novel, RDJr's album and that certain gift. I seriously hate having no money .. anyway, I made about $100 at the garage sale for selling my PS2, guitar and gameboy advance. You'd expect much more than that, right? I mean .. especially since my practically *brand new* PS2 [the thin ones] had about ten games with it. Yeah I was extremely pissed off when mum told the stupid woman that with $60 she could get the whole thing before I even had the chance to open my mouth. My acousitc went for $30, my gameboy was $20 with, also, about ten games. I can't believe how low it was, though people who go to garage sales don't like to spend more than five dollars for things .. pfft, cheap. It's so frustrating. Yet, I just wanted to get rid of it so I didn't have to take too much on our move .. however, I most likely would have recieved more had I sold those items on eBay. Yeah. Fantastic.

My list of things to do is growing as well .. I need to sort through an enormous amount of websites that I have saved on my favorites list, incredible amounts of pictures on the computer and the many documents in word and notepad that I have saved with novel ideas, thoughts, works in progress pieces, and other random pieces of information. Not to mention all the things that are currently plastered all over my walls, all the stuff I have in my bedroom, multiple pairs of shoes, and oh right .. stacks and stacks of paper and pieces that I have written. I seriously can fill an entire large, cardboard moving box with all my writing/art supplies/journals/etc. All in one month.

.. wow. I feel exhausted already.
Yet incredibly excited. ♥
