So, I haven't updated on here for awhile...
Besides seeing lots of Ashley's friends, there wasn't much interesting about Otakon. I spent way too much money as per usual, there were some doll meets, and the only cosplayer I remember seeing that I still remember loving was an adorable Little Sister on Sunday that Ashley took a picture of (please post it if you still have it!).
Anyway, we all know what happens when I don't feel satisfied with a convention: I end up going on a spending rampage afterward to make myself excited, and this time has topped every one previous, I think. Let's just go through the list, shall we?
Innocent World jumper - ON SALE for the low price of ~$120
Innocent World Blouse - ON SALE for the low price of ~$95
The headband I got is no longer on the site, but it cost ~$21
Innocent World Puppy Handkerchief - ~$7
Bodyline "under" Pannier - $37
Bodyline Bell Shaped Pannier - $19
Bodyline Shoes - $37 (Yay for cheaper brands, although the Innocent World ones were way cuter)
Bodyline Bloomers - $25 (I know they're horrible, but I'm hoping they'll just be covered by the 3 layers on top of them)
That's all for my one and only Lolita outfit so far, although I think I'll be needing a necklace or brooch, something for my wrists, and socks or tights (maybe just off white tights will do). Also, although the things I posted are all different colors, I got everything in off whites so it will match. Don't think I'm color blind!
Other than that, I found some naokichi doujinshi for $9 apiece online today! Also, since Target is having an extra 10% off for employees throughout the month of August, so I've been going through the clearance racks every Tuesday (when Ready to Wear markdowns happen), and spending lots of money there, albeit more thriftily since I'm getting a lot more for each dollar spent.
Well, there's nothing else much to say since I lost my train of thought by going on a gold cart ride, so see ya.
