The only ones I've downloaded have been from Anna, and Liv over at MTS. You've probably heard of the former but I really recommend the latter too, he/she has some well-thought out, minimalistic Maxis-match apartments up for grabs.

I love this MMO from Maranatah and this apartment by Selena.

I also turned this lot by Selena into apartments once and they work very well as apartments! :)
