Avery was late for work today because we got into budget talk. Once we get talking and comparing notes we lose track of time really.
As it turns out, June 2011 is the magic month for house buying :)
So April 2011 is the date that I should stop looking just in case I fall in love with something we can almost afford and have to watch it sold out from under us. I know the neighborhoods, I know the values and I know what we can pay. I'm so excited ;)
