24. Freedom

Summary: Trapped in their tight schedule, all Key wants, is to escape one time.
Another day, another fully packed schedule.
SInce their comeback they were on the roll all day, every day.
Key was getting tired. Of course he loved the attention he receives, performing on stage, the appearances in shows and on the radio and the many photoshootings.
But after four weeks of alomst the same routine, he justw ants to escape. Just a little break, a little freedom for himself in this cage called schedule and manager.
It was then, that they had a photoshoot in germany.
Everyone was jet-lagged from the immense time different, but since their flight was late, they had to hurry to the location right away. Cramped in a van, Key felt exhausted. But looking into the other faces around him, was like looking into a mirror. Everyone with the same expression on their faces as him.
The younger ones were seated in the back. Taemin leaned on Minho's shoulder and dozing off, while Minho was looking out of the window with a blank face.
Onew next to him was deep asleep and almost drooled on Key's jacket, before Key pushed him off. Jonghyun was listening to some music on his iPod, while tiping something on his mobile.
The shooting went smoothly and they were finished, at 5am.
They were sitting in the grass, waiting for the first sunrays, when thei manager called them.
All it needed for the members, was that look in Key's eyes, he gave into the round. A knowing and slightly mischievous glint in his eyes. They didn't even need to count like for their introductions, but all just stood up at the same time and started to run.
The five boys ran into the forest, leaving the startled stylists and photographs and screaming manager behind.
Then they started to laugh. It felt like it has been ages, that they were enyoing themselves like that.
And that's when they saw it.
They reached the end of the small forest and were looking down on a beautiful landscape, all forest, fields and green.
At that same moment, the sun set, blinding the smiling, but still out of breath boys.
There were nothing, but that secnery and the boys.
No manager, no schedule, no stages, no practices...
It was, although just for a little while, freedom.
All too soon their manager and some photographs found them and they returned, but everyone still had a smile on thier faces.
(A/N: I suck at writing fluff! This was my third attempt actually... and it still makes me cringe. >.< Next fic will be smut, I swear! x3)
