Registered for Classes + Convention wooo!
That's right! You read right! I passed Reading & Writing with flying colors and since they said that it depends on the degree plan I'm going for, there's no need for me to take MATH COURSES! WOOOOOT!
We registered myself in and all paid up for the four classes that I'm taking in the fall~
For those who don't know, I'm going for the Web & Interactive Design Certificate. It's the one where English, History, Math, etc., are not required. It's also known as "Web & Interactive Design Specialized".
Whoa yeah~!
The four classes are a mix of morning and afternoon/night. I prefer the latter but I can get up in the mornings when it's needed. I did so by waking up at 6 AM for marching band for my Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior years.
My dad is going to work around my school hours and also mentioned that he's going to get me a laptop so that I can take it to and from school. The community college does have laptops to check out but he wants to get a laptop anyway which I don't mind at all XD
Convention wise, all packed up~! I'm ready to go tomorrow in the afternoon to my friend's house since she offered to drive me up on Friday so I'm going tomorrow - dad is driving me, still no car - up to Waxahachie and he's going to come back down here to Austin rather than him going alll the way up to Dallas to stay with a friend.
Only problem is that my friend was planning to come back on Sunday around 5 pm. I sent her a message to Skype telling her how it's pretty late since my dad would have to drive up AND back down to Austin. The traffic isn't really that bad. Unless it's rush hour and that's...ugh, I can understand that but on a Sunday? Come on, people will be off the road mostly, haha.
Anyway, here's who I'm going to be~
-Izaya Orihara from DURARARA!! (If you haven't watched this show, YOU MUST. It's badass and it has a good REASON to be so hyped. Great plotline, how everything clicks and how characters key into it, is just amazing~ Also, I can't WAIT to pose with my bitchin switchblade~~~)
-Hibari Kyoya from KHR! (Tonfas man, I can't go without them. It serves as a back up really but I found out the KHR photoshoot overlaps with Hetalia fanservice photoshoot fffff ugh oh well)
-Scotland from Axis Powers Hetalia. (Fan made version. Ironic part? I AM Scottish. From red hair to freckles to BLACK EYEBROWS (this is natural for us) to freckles AND PALE AS FUCK. Gonna borrow my friend's Prussia jacket and I luckily found my fake cigeratte 8D We just gotta make the white sashes to make the X for the flag at her house to wrap around my hips and shouldrs.)
Shinigami!Undertaker from Kuroshitsuji. (Anime version only and same one as last year. I really do love that trench coat. Scythe is gonna make an appearance BUT it depends on exactly what is gonna happen.)
Sasori from Naruto. (My old cosplay used for backup. Izaya overrides this by default when my friends will be in a different cosplay - like Kingdom Hearts or something.)
