I hate my Comparative Politics class. It is full of theory and I fundamentally disagree with it a lot. I spent all class today consciously trying not to roll my eyes.

I love rainbows. :)

Today's random hero: the guy skateboarding down the hill, in the middle of the street, through standing water in a torrential downpour, with arms out and a look of intense concentration, and water spraying four feet up. We cheered from the bus stop.

Two days of storms and rain has exhausted my dog. I got home and after eating/walking, all he's wanted to do is sleep. We took a nap, and he is currently sprawled out against my beanbag. His floppy little ear is on my arm. He's precious.

I dreamed about chemistry. I made up an electron shift. It was called the morozhenoe shift (that is Russian for ice cream) and had to do with oxygen molecules moving around. This is probably off of my last second realization that the word for ceiling was potolok, not potol, and my conscious attention to neuter nouns (with lots of o's) today. Either way, it amused me up. Especially because Russian science is hilarious. Also, because I haven't taken a chem class since 2007.

everyone make your sacrifice to saban.

chemistry, random thoughts, dogs, ia makes the world go round, weather
