Work: any time I get paid to stand around, goof off with my Christian Ponder lookalike coworker, ogle hot guys in the parking lot, and grin at cute little kids being raised right1 is undeniably great.
Lulz: Awkward, lost white um fans in the Walmart parking lot checking me out. Cracked me up.
Dinner: ordered a pizza on Dad's credit card, since the offer stood. It was my celebratory 'I survived this week' pizza. Delivered by another cute boy. Yes, he got a good tip.
Sheer brings-tears-to-my-eyes unadulterated awesomesauce: checking my school email and finding not only that my loan finally went through and I can pay my tuition/fees, but a freaking job offer.2 (Given, through food services. Don't much care.)
1kid 1: about 3 years old. Saw the lifelike stone Uga statue in the store, squealed "Uga!" and ran forward to hug it. Then picked up an SEC helmet collection and asked his grandpa, "Shall we get this?" I died.
kid 2: about 3 years old. Came up to my register, plunked down a plushie Uga, and excitedly called it his fuzzy. And, on command by his parents, talked GT trash.
kid 3: about 5 years old. Asked for some kind of shiny jewelry by the register next to me, and was answered by his dad. "No. We're not politically correct here: that's for girls."
2Now watch, the bookstore will offer me a permanent position, as opposed to my temp. Lulz. Nah, I'll take food services. They'll let me drive to work and EAT.
