reasons to smile
1. Even in death, Cassi was backtalking me, giving me the big trusting help-me eyes, and drawing blood. The extension of my soul went out in a blaze of bloody biological warfare before going peacefully in her sleep. If only I can be so lucky.

2a) Greg Reid is only 5'8"?! WHAT?
2b) In the latest practice vids, Josh Gehres made a really fantastic catch that, in my humble opinion, proves his glue-for-hands reputation.
2c) Dustin Hopkins is getting additional tackling training.
3. Tita, while terminal, is not on death's door. She's doing well in the hospital, and smiling and laughing.
4. I have Valium.
