I don't think that I will win, though... it's not supposed to be for kids. All of these great adult writers will enter that have been writing short stories ever since they were three, that have a ton of a lot more experience than me.
but... first prize is 1000 dollars. i could definately use that. second prize is 500, and third is 250.
