it's always one or the other.

Wow, what a freaking dramatic week it's been. So, let's start with the beginning!

Monday!
We did Mr. Easter Bunny at YoungLife. I turned around and guess who walks in with Kyle? That's right, Jordan. I was so confused. He's never come because of Laine and so, I immediately thought they broke up. Jillian wasn't really talking to him, neither was Cole. So, because I have been getting rides with Kyle lately, I asked for a ride. Ends up, Jordan rode with him. So, here I am, with my 2 favorite senior boys, in a car. Which i'm not supposed to do! OOPS! Jordan was on the phone with Laine, and all I heard was "Where are you?" and a "I love you. Bye." Not the words I wanted to hear. BUT! Then, he hangs up and he goes, "Guys, how do you heal a broken heart?"

Of course, I knew at that moment that they broke up. I mean, how could you not? So, I turned around, and I go "Well, You'll just have to wait it out." and he goes, "Just wait it out?" and I go, "Yeah." Kyle decided to put his 2 cents in. Kyle said, " It'll be a lot easier with Jesus. Just keep coming to church, maybe more, and come to YoungLife more."

Then, It was the crazy drive home. I was pretty scared at some points. Kyle and Jordan kept joking with me and being retarded and so, I had to show them my mean side. I go "Just shut up and freaking pay attention. I live right on this street." They both shut up for a bit, then we got to my house, and Kyle appologized.

Tuesday...
I went to the boys' last soccer game. It was sad. It was also senior night, so we learned where everyone would be going to college and whatever. Not too exciting. Laine usually goes, but she obviously wasn't there. I talked to Jordan a little bit after the game. I told him good job even though they lost. His parents were with him, so he didn't really get into the conversation like he does normally.

Wednesday.
I think this has been my favorite day all year. I was so happy. I went to Rambler practice. I practiced with Mark, who's a hilarious senior. Then, Jordan came, and we talked about getting blood taken (there had been a blood drive at school.) and how they can't find our veins and such. Then, we all pretty much got kicked out at like 8:45. I asked Kyle for a ride, but he couldn't give me one. So, I asked Jordan. Alexis, a freshman, came with us. Out by his car, Jordan goes, "I did tell you that me and my girlfriend broke up, right?" and I go, "Yeah, 'how do you heal a broken heart?' pretty much gave it away."
He goes, "Oh yeah. Yep, after a year and seven months." Alexis goes, "That sucks!" and that was all she ever said in this whole next conversation.
So, we all three get in the car and buckled up (it's a Texas law, and there was a police man behind us.) and I go, "So, why'd you guys break up, if you don't mind me asking?" He said, "Oh, I don't mind. Let's see...why we broke up...wow. Okay, well, we broke up because I was cheating on her with like 5 other girls."

My jaw dropped. I turned to him, gave him THE meanest look, and I go "ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS?"

He goes, "Yeah....Actually, JUST KIDDING. Raychel, you know me! I wouldn't do that! Calm. Sorry. No, I wasn't really cheating on her."

I go, "Good, because you seriously almost just lost a friend."

He goes, "Yeah, I was kidding. But really, this is what she seriously said to me. She told me that God told her that we shouldn't be together because I'm not the one He chose for her, and that we shouldn't continue dating because she'll just end up with a broken heart, and so will I."

I replied, "Well, duh. Yall would have broken hearts no matter when you guys broke up. But, was she like, upset, or anything?"

He goes, "You know what, she actually wasn't! I was a little, especially when she first told me, but I mean, hey, If 'God told her' that, than you know, I guess I agree."

Okay, so, yeah, inside, my little heart was jumping for joy. My brain was too. I seriously almost turned to Alexis to say, "Alexis, I can't be friends with you anymore because God told me I shouldn't be your friend."

I decided that it was innappropriate for the situation. Thank goodness!

So, then, Alexis, with her naivte, goes, "Well, maybe God will tell her something else!"

I tried really hard not to laugh. I really did. But I still had one of those weird nose snort laugh things come out.

Jordan sorta chuckled and goes, "Yeah.. I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it's done." And those, of course, were the words I've been patiently waiting to hear all along. I feel so evil.

Then, we all started talking about soccer, driving, the song we're dancing to, and my street name. When I left the car, Jordan goes, "Oh, and remember, TAKE IT EAAAAASY!"

He's so freaking adorable. Ahh.

Thursday...
This is where the heartbreak begins. So, obviously since I talked to Jordan last night, I was pretty happy today. I was going to ask him to practice with me tomorrow, but he left before I got a chance. So, I told my best friend, Erin, the whole thing and she was so excited for me. Until we got to the lunchroom. Both of our happinesses turned to anger and sadness. Jordan and Laine are standing there, actually looking happy together, and laughing and pretty close to hugging. Natalie comes over to me, and goes, "So, I'm pretty sure Laine and Jordan didn't break up."

I go, "Why? Because they're over there having the time of their live?" and she goes, "Partially, but no. I went to the dance studio and they were in there-"

I go, "Wonderful? What, making out?" and she goes, "No, but they were being a little more than friendly, hanging on eachother."

I was pretty mad. But, I told her the story and she felt bad for me.

So, I went with Erin to go buy her lunch. She goes, "You look PISSED!" and I go, "Really? How could you tell?!" She goes, "Welcome to the wonderful world of boys!"

I go, "They confuse me so much. Seriously. Like, okay, i just don't get it. He flirts with me so much, and he tells me all this stuff, and now this happens!" she goes, "Yeah, I can totally tell about the flirting thing." I said, "Really?" and she goes, "Totally."

So, on our way back to the table, i go, "I think I hate boys." She goes, "THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!" and we high-fived eachother.

So, at this time, I sit down, and Jordan had been looking at me and Laine, switching back and forth between who. I know he saw me because he definetly gave me some eye contact there. I, in return, gave him a pretty rude look. One that's sorta like disbelief. You raise your eyebrows, tilt your head down, and look mean. Then, I turned around. I wanted so badly to talk to him. I seriously was going to tell him how I actually feel last night, but I decided not to because Alexis was there.

So, now, it's almost 6, and Clint will be coming over anytime now to practice with me. Wonderful. Maybe I can get this anger and stress out. Gone.
