Blog Thingy
Okay, so an intro..My name is Rachel, and I'm probably older than most of you in the class, and only slightly younger than the teacher.
I am 26, soon to turn the big 2-7, and have just gone back to school after years of basically goofing off. I'm taking Psych because it's a pre req for Nursing...not that it isn't a fascinating subject.
And, the reason I'm going back to school at all, is my boyfriend. His name is Raj, he's 27, Indian, and a doctor, and his parents would have a coronary if I wasn't at least a nurse...and since I used to be an ambulance medic, and always toyed with the idea of becoming an R.N, I thought now might be a good time.
My relationship with Raj (AKA Boogerbutt) would probably be a good case study..insanity, chaos, and dysfunction pretty much sums it up, but I love him, so there it is...and has been for over 2 years now.
More boring stuff..I have 3 dogs, and like to go to goth/fetish clubs in Hollywood for fun..I know a lot of people there, and through those places...not that you'd be able to tell by looking at me in school.
I just moved back to the Glendale area after a couple of years living in Hollywood...where my life revolved around my pretty little apartment...a brick, 1920's building that I loved and adored. Decorating my cute little apartment, playing with my dogs and worrying about which corset to wear my next night out was pretty much my life...not that I'm complaining.
But, to pay for school and all those other, very bothersome adult sort of things, I moved back into Mommy's guesthouse with my dogs, and here I am.
I think I've bored you enough for now.
