2 weeks? Jeez!
I apologize. But then again, I am suffering from the whole "Sucking Void that is Facebook" thing. I update that quite a bit more than here right now, but that's because it's so much easier to do so, I suppose.
Life goes on. I've kind of given up on the idea of a History degree. The fantasy is I would then find some job in academia, and rest of my laurels. The HUGE LAURELS that would be needed to reach around my gigantic, knowledge stuffed head.
The reality, of course, is that I would get a degree and 30+K in student loan debt, and go right back to the boring job I've got here, right now. So yeah.
Instead, I have been looking into AS400 certification classes. We've got a cool older dude here who does all the backup scheduling and is the general System i guru, and I think I'm going to train to be his backup (he lacks one at current).
That and not going to the gym. That's been on my mind the last few weeks. Go me!
