Title: "A lesson in manners" or "Don't forget your manners" or "Manners help"

Nice solid story, well done was normal. Now I want to write the outer!!!! But..but.. I have to preserver and finish the other one. I do, right? Sleep week hit at the wrong time:(
Does Luna normally wear a mini skirt in human form?? Or is she in her fuku during all this? If she is, I would have assumed people, or Haruka at least, would have thought she was cosplaying as her own sailor senshi.
Your approach to Haruka is very impressive. Speaking Japanese and German fluently is kind of amazing; how old did you make her? And I'm glad you mentioned that rule about cosplaying and how you need to ask permission before taking pictures *nods*. I can't wait to see where this will go next.
As for a title....How about title it Manners but using the German name for it? That would seem most fitting to me and it's very easy to google (in fact you could translate everything Haruka and those tourist are saying into German and just put the English translation in paranthese next to it).
