Work is a pain. You know that? Too. much. left. to. do. But, at least it is (hopefully) my last day for the year. And since I have a chiropractor appointment at 5:15, I get out on-time like it or not. *deep breath* Here's hoping I can get the major stuff off my desk in the next 8 hours. One out of three checked off the list!
And on a separate but related note...
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, VAYLEEN!! I really wanted to get in here yesterday and wish you happy on the day itself, but... Let's just say that I worked 8 am to 10 pm with a team meeting and a holiday lunch thrown in, so it just didn't work out the way I'd hoped. ^-^ But, you guessed right. That unfinished, uncanon little exploration that it supposed to come down soon is YOUR birthday present. ^-^ I promise it will be finished before Christmas. Haha, and Ree will enforce that promise as I will be in her area on Sunday or Monday.
*stretch* It's a good thing J had to work late last night, too, and ended up spending the night. And that he wanted to get in early this morning. We were up at 5:30, and I got to spend half an hour or so shoveling 3-4 inches of snow off my driveway. The first shoveling of the season, though not the first measurable snow on my driveway. At least we didn't get any of the sleet or freezing rain that they had predicted. It was nice and light (except for the plowed stuff which wasn't nearly as bad as it could be), so we were able to take care of it pretty quickly.
Is everything done yet? Can I leave for vacation now? *smile*
