WANNA GO TO THE BAHAMAS READ FURTHER!!!

Alright so I know I have told most of you all this past Saturday but I didn't go really to much into detail. So here it is.

Emily and I will be going on a cruise for our honeymoon on May 29 (wedding is on May 27) - Jun 2 to the Bahamas and we are inviting anyone and everyone that can afford it. The price for the trip can range anywhere from about 500-700 per person. Here is the breakdown of it.

The tickets for the cruise will range from 420 - 520 depending on what kinda room you want. Me and emily booked a oceanview room and it came out to 476 per person with taxes and shit. The catch of it you have to bunk two people to a room in order to get that price. If you wanna room by yourself it is 800 dollars for the cruise. Funk that. It includes Shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals, some beverages and most onboard entertainment. Alcohol isn't included have to pay extra but I think it might be duty free or you can buy duty free alcohol and take it home or something like that. Umm...for more in depth information here is the link to the cruise.

This ship has a shit load of stuff too. Here is what it has on it. It says it on that link but I will just tell you here.
Rock-climbing wall
Johnny Rockets '50s-style restaurant
Sorrento's Pizza
Latté-tudes coffee house featuring Seattle's Best Coffee®
Casino Royale
Themed bars and lounges including Boleros Latin lounge
2 whirlpools
2 outdoor pools
Adventure Ocean® youth facilities, including teen-only areas, Fuel and Living Room
ShipShape® Day Spa and Fitness Center
Open-air basketball court

I booked us actually through the Royal Caribbean site which is the same price as all the others( priceline, travelocity, etc.) Anyways it requires a credit card to do this whole thing and when you book it only $100 dollars per person so $200 all together is required now to reserve your room. The rest of the money is due buy the 30th of March. Which if you are getting taxes back that would be the perfect way to spend them haha.

And if you don't have a credit card it shouldn't be a problem just go to the mall and get one of those giftcard Visa for the amount you need and should be good.

Ship sails at 5PM on May 29th. It is a four night cruise. First day is at Cococay it is Royal Caribbean's private island. Second and Third day is at Nassau, Bahamas. Any further questions please feel free to ask or just visit the link.

Also we are going to get plane tickets through Aliegant Air which means that it will fly out of Peoria to Orlando. I am currently deciding if we want to go late on Sunday, get a hotel, and stay the night that way we know we won't have any problems catching the ship. Or play it dangerous and leave Monday morning and get there around 12PM and hope that everything runs smoothly.

So the tickets for the Airplane aren't available right now because they only take reservations 6 months in advanced so we have to wait until December. Which I asked the guy how much they would be and it would be $118 to fly(roundtrip) which is fucking killer. Then when we get to the airport a shuttle will meet us and take us directly to the ship. Of course there is a fee. It is $50 per person for a round trip shuttle ride.

Another fee we found there is going to be is that you need a passport in order to go on the cruise. Which for all the passport it is like 100 dollars or so. If you need details on how to get a passport let me know.

All in all pretty cheap amount to go to the bahamas if you ask me. They told me since it is on a holiday weekend that you would need to get it booked the sooner the better. Said that it fills up fast. And I checked into it and you can get your full deposit back all the way up until March 30th if you need to cancel it for any reason. So get em booked quick. Even if you are just thinking about it I would put that $100 down to get the reservation and if when the date gets close and you don't think you will have enough you can cancel.

Also since it will be me and ems honeymoon we probally won't see you guys all the time as we will be off doing our own things but I am sure we will get together a couple of times. Once again we would like to get as many people to go as we can it will be fun.

So far I know people that are definitly going: Me and Em(of course), Chris and Ashley, Jayme, Nic(best man).

People that I have talked to about it that are interested: Kyle, Jesus, Robbie, Norm and Leslie, Pappa, Brandon, Jeff, I think that is it I don't remember.

Let me know if you are planning on going.
