right, have you firgured it out?

You need to have the picture hosted somewhere, like Flickr or photobucket and post this like:



but where the 'example.com' is you need to stick in the URl of the picture. The 'alt' is optional. I'm sure flickr generates some HTML you can just copy and past to make it easier!
