165.6/156.8/120 - 8.8lbs. down, 36.8 to go.

I'm up a pound, but being a GIRL, I know what that's all about.

Yesterday I ate the following:
dried apricots
walnuts
goji berries
big 'ol smoothie (pineapple, mango, orange, banana, strawberry & spirulina) - it was GRAY!
big 'ol salad (romaine, tomato, carrot, olives, cucumber)
nutty pudding (dates & pecans)
couple sips of POM (which is pasturized... so not technically "raw", but I feel a little UTI coming on maybe and I don't want it to flourish)
