I don't know if I'm on board with a resistance force yet, but... my bakery is probably one of the few - if not the only - places in town that's not run by anyone associated with Ari.

Will that work as a meeting place?

Got a back room? Was the building built before you took it over or did you order the construction yourself?

I had to rebuild the back of the store since it wasn't big enough for a bakery. But there's plenty of back rooms, and I can always make sure no one can overhear you guys.

[And ten minutes later Xanxus strides into the bakery as if he owns the place, dishevelled and sweaty with a shovel braced over one shoulder but still ~*radiating arrogance*~.

He looks around the shop and grunts.]

Hnn. Could be worse, I guess.

[well, that was fast. Olette just kind of stares - that is dirt he is bringing into her bakery, good sir - as she shrugs]

I promise the back isn't as cute.

[His eyes are busily glancing around the place, noting dimensions, nooks and crannies - he doesn't even physically acknowledge Olette's presence.]

Sure thing.

[ushers him to the back: like she said, it's not as cute, but the walls are still painted a cheery yellow color and there's some folding chairs and tables set aside to one corner. The back rooms are fairly decent-sized, save for the hallways, but there's not that much to them. Xanxus pretty much has free reign if he asks nicely :|.]

[Xanxus prowls around, stamping on the floors and knocking on walls thoughtfully. After a thorough inspection he turns back to Olette.]

Ceiling access anywhere? Basements?

There's a basement, but I haven't used it. [shrugs] It was here when I got here.

[so she will! It's not lit very well, but it is kinda spacious and empty. She shrugs once she's down there.]

[He inspects it thoroughly, peering into the corners.]

[Xanxus rubs his chin thoughtfully and looks back at her.]

It'll do. How long have you been set up in here? Do you know how old the building itself is?

I've been in here since October, but the building itself's only a couple of years old. I think it - literally - appeared when I needed it to.

[Xanxus gives her a sharp look, then snorts.]

Fuck I hate this place. All right, that's all I need for now. I'll be sending people through to do shit or drop things off; if they cause a fuss, let me know.
