there's things that I just don't fucking understand.
When you have the opportunity to do something shouldn't you take advantage of it?

one conversation that I heard and actually happened to me.
Person 1: Hey that's a really nice tattoo, i've been wanting to get one for a long time.
Person 2: Do you know what you want to get?
Person 1: Oh yes (explains what they want done, that they have the money etc.)
Person 2: Well we should go one of these days together.
Person 1: DEFINITELY!
time comes when there is time available.
Person 2: You know how you said you've been wanting to get a tat?
Person 1: Oh my god yeah.
Person 2: Well lets go. I'll drive or we can go out to eat afterward (etc. whichever )
Person 1: Actually I don't have time to right now.
so it goes on and on and the tattoo outing never happens.
They never have a good reason either!
