It also consists of three phases. The first phase, I'm on know is the strict phase, but it really hasn't been all that strict. This one lasts for 2 weeks. The second phase is after that, and you stay on it till you reach your goal weight. It introduces back in more carbs, like fruits. Phase three is the maintenance phase after you reaach your goal weight.
