So, basically onneonlights posting something asking her flist about our favorite rarepairs. And I was like "AHHH, THERE IS NOT CLOSE TO ENOUGH PETE/TRAVIS IN THE WORLD." To which she said, and I quote: "maan. there needs to be like, some sort of pete/travis campaign!"

The bell over the door chimed when Nate entered, signaling his entrance to the one person in the store, who was staring at the door anyway. So, the whole thing was sort of pointless.
"G'morning," said the man behind the desk. Nate nodded and began to look around the store. He knew what he wanted, a bouquet of flowers, and he was in a flower shop. Which was really useful. Except Nate knew nothing about flowers, and his brother's wife did.
He was blatantly going to get her a bouquet that said 'I'm madly in love with you, run away with me' or 'Sorry your cat's dead', when all he really wanted was a nice bunch to take to dinner with him.
"Can I help you?" Nate turned, to see the man who had been behind the desk standing just to the side of him. He looked at him, searching for a name tag, but not finding one. "I'm Alex, by the way." Alex smiled at Nate, and the other man blushed a little.
"Um, yeah... I need a bouquet of flowers for someone that just says something like 'Hey, it's awesome you're married to my brother', or you know, something," Nate said, shuffling his feet. He wasn't one to stay still for a long time, and flower shops were decidedly too girly for him.
"Ok." Alex grinned and began to collect flowers. When he was done, he wrapped them in brown and green paper, whilst Nate was still looking at the flowers, and handed them to him, the other man smiled and took them.
He said goodbye to Alex and walked out of the shop. Halfway done the street, he saw a little piece of card sticking out of the flowers.
It said: Coffee? Alex. and had a phone number at the bottom of it.
Well, flower shops might be too girly for him, but he could maybe stand just this one.

Also, like there's some crap on my journal that's Alex/Nate. Because they are in fact my official OTP. I have like seventeen, but they are my favourite. XD
