(no subject)
Having a job sucks and I haven't even officially started yet.
I went to orientation tonight, all the way out in Orange Park. I left at 5 because I had to be there a little before 6. I was really early, so I sat out in the parking lot listening to music.
I met a couple girls that are going to be working at my store. One already works there and knows my brother somehow and the other was her friend who just got hired, like me! They were nice.
Orientation sucked. We filled out some forms, watched a video, got a shirt and hat, and that was the end of it. It only lasted an hour. I got paid $5.25 for wasting my gas and sitting in a room with three other people. Big fuckin' deal.
I also got my schedule for the week. It was messed up and said I was supposed to work Monday and Wednesday-Saturday, but I called back today and asked if I was supposed to go in tomorrow since Tim obviously knew I had orientation today. I guess the guy who copied my hours down accidentally wrote Monday instead of Tuesday. I'm going to double check when I go in tomorrow and cry if I really have to work Tuesday through Saturday without a day off.
I talked to Rachel today. She said somebody at her work just quit and she could get me a job making $6.00 an hour. She doesn't even do shit. It's so laid back. I can't quit Papa Johns though because my brother went out of his way and hooked me up with it. If only Rachel knew about Peterbrooke a few days sooner. Blah.
I'm going to bed. I actually have to go to math tomorrow.
