We brewed for the first time in probably seven months. Here's hoping. I bought the hops in Portland last month, so I know they'll add awesomeness, at least!

White Labs Australian Ale Yeast x2 (expired 11/07)
1/2 lb Crystal 60
1/2 lb Carafoam
1 lb Marris Otter
8 lb 2-row
2 oz Columbus 2007 loose row hops
4 oz Simacoe 2007 loose row hops
1/4 t irish moss

It was friggin hot out. Bought a cheapo mister for the patio. Still, the initial temperature didn't drop to 122. Maybe I measured the water wrong. Kept at 156-8, for 30 minutes, subsequently boiled for 90 minutes. Added all the hops after the boil. Why not. Drinking R's homebrew. yum.
