At first it was a minor annoyance but now it's bordering on an insane outburst. Why are semi-educated people so adverse to using the word "me"!? People around here, trying to sound intelligent but still very unclear on the concept of the personal pronoun, have taken to using "myself" in its place. It was bad enough, and I'd cringe, at the occasional misuse of "I". Now I'll admit I don't have the best grammar in the world, but this one seems simple. C'mon people. Me: it's a real word!
