Thank goodness I've never had to go to General Hospital
One of the pitfalls of being sick is watching daytime TV, and apparently HIPAA laws don't exist on the soaps, a random person ie, someone with a private investigators license can go to chief of staff and look through patient records....gotta love General Hospital
