Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming...
I have to keep reminding myself that change is not overnight, gradual and I am a work in progress and not berate myself for little bumps in the road. Keep my eyes on the goal and I'll get there.
P.S. Someone didn't say hi to me when I saw them. It hurt my feelings because I was excited to see them yet they didn't seem too suprised that I was there. *sighs* It's always sad when people say something and do something that's completely different then what falls out of their face.
