Bachelor of Arts in English
I walked Friday in the ULV ceremony as a candidate to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. I graduated with departmental honors, and I was in the top four of my major.
So, now what? I need to create a resume and begin applying for jobs. But what kind of jobs? Having worked full time throughout my college career, and being promoted, i feel that i have at least a little advantage over some other recent graduates. however, my work experience isn't exactly in the field that i wish to go into. but i guess it's just a matter of using the skills i learned and be able to explain how my experience IS applicable.
And, Karl & I, as a present to ourselves, have booked a trip to europe! we'll be going to england (of course), and to vienna. i'm so excited! both flights, and hotels are officially booked!
